If you are planning a wedding at New York City Hall at 141 Worth Street in Manhattan, you should know you must do it from Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 3:45pm. And if you apply for your license on Friday, you cannot get married until Monday, because there is a mandatory 24 hour waiting period and their offices are closed on the weekend.
